THE RISEN SAVIOUR
Dear Believer(s):
We are living in a time when we are faced with unbelievable pressures and stress. We are dealing with the Coronavirus which has caused loss of life and affected many families. Covid-19 has caused physical, mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual trouble. The political atmosphere in America has lead to a divided country in which there is anger, bitterness, disagreements, disrespect, hate, and uncertainties regarding the future. We are facing unusual weather patterns, neighborhood destruction, property loss, financial ruin and loss of life. Sometimes our minds and bodies are almost totally overcome by the difficult situations of life. Jesus knew that we would face situations and times as these. This is why He sent the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, to us. The Holy Spirit was not only sent to be Our Comforter but He was also sent to give us power. In Acts 1:8 Jesus declared, “You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you.” Power to be witnesses, and power to enable us to do what God has created us to do. True Christians are not helpless or powerless. We have God living in us to direct us, to guide us, and to teach us. We must yield to God who resides in us. God sent His Spirit to be our direct communication link with Him.
What is Easter really about? It is about the Love that God has for His people. Let’s look at John 3:16. It says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” God’s Son died so that we might have all of the eternal blessings that God has for us. We are able to live forever because of the death of Jesus. We can have a holy and righteous relationship with God because of His Son’s death. There is more that God has made possible for us. Because of the death and resurrection of His Son, we can receive Jesus as our personal Savior. We can have God live in us. What does this mean? Because of Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection, God resides in us. The Holy Spirit is and can be alive in us. In John 14: 16-18 Jesus said, “I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper (or another Comforter).” Jesus is talking about the Holy Spirit. Then He continues, “that he may abide with you forever, the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans (or, I will not leave you comfortless); I will come (again) to you.” Jesus said, “I am leaving, but I will come again.” However, you see, when He left this earth, it was in His limited, human form; but when He returned it was in His unlimited form as the HOLY SPIRIT.
Do you believe that Jesus is the risen Savior? Have you accepted Him as your personal Savior? You do not have to live in sin? You do not have to be controlled by the devil. You can have the Spirit of Jesus living in you.
God’s time for you to be saved is now! This very moment is God’s time. If you are reading this letter and you are not saved, I want to lead you to Christ. Today is the day of salvation, “now is the accepted time.”(11 Corinthians 6:2). If you are not saved, here is the Bible answer; “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved” (Acts 16:30, 31). Now, in order to be saved, bow your head and read this prayer out loud. Dear God, I am sorry for all the sin I have committed. I repent of my sin; I ask you from my heart to forgive me for
all sin and save me for Jesus’ sake. With all of my heart I receive Jesus now as my personal Savior. Thank you, Jesus, for saving me. You said you would if I would believe in my heart (Romans 10:9, 10), and I do believe in my heart that you died for me and rose again from the dead! In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Jesus was born to die for our sins in order that we might have eternal life. Easter is about a risen Savior. Thank God we can have His Spirit alive in us. The Bible tells us, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all” (Psalm 34:19). God will deliver us from any and all trouble that we face. We are never alone. God is with us.
I want to share the Joy of Easter with you. If you have a problem or difficult situation that has you burdened, please write to me and let’s stand together as we ask God not only to solve your problem but also to renew your life in Him. God will not fail you. He will answer your prayer, change you, and give you His love. Easter is one of the times that I spend in special prayer for all of those on our mailing list. If you have a special need, please write and I will lift that need up to God during this special time of prayer.
The coronavirus is serious, and we must take all of the necessary precautions we can. But do not allow it to bind you with fear. God is still in control. Remember, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” (2Timothy 1:7). Let’s pray much and trust God.
I want to thank all of the individuals who support this ministry regularly with your prayers and finances. Your giving enables me to continue the work of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Remember what it says in Luke 6:38, “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” I know you will be blessed when you sow into this ministry.

We can receive and have access to all of the promises, blessings, and miracles You have stated in Your Word. Dear Lord, help us to love, obey, and live by faith in You. If we live according to Your Will, we will have a life of spiritual abundance. We pray this prayer in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen!”
